What's an Empowerment and Lifestyle Coach?

Empower means 'To make someone stronger and more confident, especially in controlling their life and claiming their rights'. I believe it's important for a woman to feel confident in her decisions and to make the best decisions for her life

What's your WHY?

I do this work for 2 reasons:

#1 - To empower myself and every woman like you to be courageous and powerful in living a life you think is impossible and to help you BELIEVE that you deserve more than the status quo.

#2 - I want to live a life full of joy, happiness, freedom, and abundance by using my gifts and doing all the things that I love.  Using my life as an example is the best way to serve you and prove that you can do the same!

What's it like working with you?

I use a holistic approach to coaching because I believe that the mind, body, and spirit connection is the path to true happiness. Our sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs. Every session is different. 

My approach is to take small steps towards change. My motto is one day at a time, one decision at a time, one step at a time.  I'll work with you to help you get back to the basics, trust your gut, and make the best choices for your life.
